What is a PADI 5 Star Facility? PADI 5 Star facilities are monitered by PADI for content and quality to a much greater extent than any other dive training facilities. You can be assured a 5 Star facility maintains the highest standards in the industry. Unlike other facilities, our primary focus is on the quality of your training, diving and safety. There is a quality difference!
How do I register for a class? The easiest way to register for a class is to submit payment for the class through the Paypal button on the class page, then email us your full name, date of birth and the email address you want to use for your e-learning login. When we receive notification of payment we will email you confirmation of your registration as well as e-learning access if applicable.
How do I register for a tour? To register for a tour please contact us by email, text or Whatsapp (numbers below) to check availability for the tour you would like to do. We cannot have every tour scheduled every day so we ask that you contact us to check availability. Once we find a tour date that works for you we will send you a Paypal request for payment.
Do I need to have a Paypal Account to submit payment? No. Paypal payment requests can be paid with any credit card without having to set up a Paypal account. Of course, if you have a Paypal account you can use it.
Do I need to schedule in advance? It is highly recommended that you book tours and classes in advance. Our programs regularly fill up and may not have space available if you wait till the last minute. Most of the classes have pre-studies that must be completed prior to the start of the training wfith us.
What time do we start and finish each day? Each tour or class is different, but most of them begin sometime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and finish between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Is equipment usage an extra charge? NO! Unlike many of the other facilities in Tulum, we include usage in most all of our tours and classes. The only exception is in Sidemount, Cave and Cavern courses when each diver must supply their own mask, fins, exposure suit and dive computer. All of our primary, PADI classes include usage of all necessary equipment. We want you to learn to dive and find out if you like diving before spending money on equipment.
Are there any extra charges in the tours? NO! There are no extra charges in our tours. All tours include transportation from the dive center and back, equipment usage, cenote park fees, marine park fees, professional tour guide, snacks and water during the day. There are no extra charges.
What is the cancellation policy? If you need to cancel a class or tour we ask that you give us 48 hours notice prior to the start time of the program, so we have time to get someone else into our program. With 48 hours notice of cancellation we will refund payments minus a 10% cancellation fee and the cost of any class e-learning materials already assigned to the diver. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the class or tour, or once the program has already begun, are not refundable.
What is the reschedule policy?
Tour Reschedule: Tour reschedules received more than 48 hours prior to the start time of the tour can be rescheduled at no charge. Subsequent rescheduled tours are not refundable for any reason. Tours rescheduled within 48 hours of the start time of the tour will be subject to a reschedule fee of 50% of the tour fee.
Course Reschedule:Reschedules received more 48 hours prior to the start of the course can be rescheduled to another date at no charge. Subsequent rescheduled courses are not refundable for any reason. E-Learning Fees are not refundable. E-Learning is transferrable to any other PADI facility in the world.

Do you pick us up at our hotel? No. We do not offer hotel pick up. All participants are asked to meet at the dive center at the scheduled start time of the program.

What is the difference between Cavern Diving and Cave Diving? In diver speak, the Cavern is the area at the beginning of the cave in which you still have light from the entrance. Once you pass into the area from which you can no longer see the light of the entrance you have passed into a Cave. We can offer cavern tours to certified diver that have not had cavern training, but to dive the caves you must be cave dive certified or enrolled in a cave diving class.
