Non-Certified Diver - Discover SCUBA /Bubblemaker
8 years old and up
Through our "Discover SCUBA" program non-divers in your family age 10 and above, can try diving in Casa Cenote, a beautiful, open cenote in Tulum. After a brief introduction to the diving equipment and necessary skills, the divers will then go for a dive in which they will experience the beauty of Casa Cenote and the myriad of creatures that call the cenote home. The certified diver members of your family can also participate to make this a whole family adventure.
Upon successful completion of a Discover Scuba dive in Casa Cenote you may be eligible to join us in a dive on a Caribbean reef.
Through our "Bubblemaker" program, the younger members of your family, 8 years old and above, can join us to try SCUBA in our beach front swimming pool. These younger divers cannot dive in the cenote.
Please be advised that there are occasionally times when the ocean conditions are unsafe to dive and the Port Authority will close the ports and not allow dive boats to go out. In those rare instances we will complete your dive training in the cenotes.
